You’re in! Here’s your guide
Thank you so much for joining me at the table. Your free guide to beginning and maintaining a sourdough starter is ready below.
I’ll also send a copy to your inbox, so it’s there whenever you need it.
Before you start
A starter takes about 7 to 14 days to get going, so don’t worry if yours seems sleepy at first. Mine did too. The guide walks you through what to expect each day, including the day most people want to give up. (Don’t!)
While your starter grows
Bookmark these so they’re ready when your starter is:
- Easy Sourdough Bread for Beginners ā My go-to loaf, and the perfect first bake once your starter is doubling consistently.
- Sourdough Soft Pretzels ā Soft, chewy, and way easier than they look.
- Sourdough Discard Lemon Bars ā My favorite way to use discard, once your starter is fully established. Until then, toss that discard.
